I popped in to and spoke to Martin in the tyre shop who went above and beyond to speak team in the mechanical side to see if they could help me out in a desperate situation, to save my vehicle being off the road. Emily and Mick managed to squeeze me in between an already busy schedule and kept me updated on the wait time. All were super polite and friendly. It’s a great company who clearly value their custom. “Regular customer here, don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with them. I’ve always found their prices fair or cheaper compared to others. I also like that you can just turn up for a tyre issue, sure you might have to wait a little while if they’re busy, but I’ve never been turned away and I’ve always been seen as quickly as possible and in a reasonable time. I’ve had routines services, MOTs and other things done here and although I do also go to another local garage I’ll keep using them and would recommend them to others.”

“Wow..... What can I say,From the moment I arrived at A2 Whitstable it was a 1st class service... Guy working in the bay politely asked me to back my vehicle into a bay then directed me to reception where I was greeted once again by a polite member of staff and asked what I needed.... After the work was done on my vehicle I was approached by the area manager and told that all tyre pressures where checked and inflated where needed and that a number plate bulb had been replaced free of charge.… This Garage goes above and beyond.”
